Chime Welcomes Tech Ops Leader Aimie Aronica

Chime is pleased to announce that Aimie Aronica is joining the company as VP of Technology Operations and Business. Aimie, a veteran of PayPal and Sun Microsystems, will support the Technology and Engineering leadership team to optimize resourcing, increase business impact, and deliver new technology solutions and employee experiences. 

 

Aimie, with a distinguished track record of building award-winning employee and technology engagement programs,was recognized in 2014 as a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence. Prior to joining Chime, Aimie served as SVP of Advisor and Employee Experience at LPL Financial, where her work enabled the platform to better support over 20,000 independent advisors. Aimie also spent over ten years in leadership roles at PayPal, rising to Global Head of Technology Engagement, where she drove hiring, improved employee engagement, and was instrumental in building the company’s technology brand. She also launched a technology leadership initiative to develop cross-functional expertise, build business acumen, and drive better decision-making across the tech organization, boosting career growth and internal engagement for participants.
